For our HR Team in Eschborn, we are currently looking for passionate HR Manager who wants to be responsible for shaping and developing the HR strategy in our company. The candidate will be the team leader of our HR Team and will mainly be responsible for the development and implementation of new HR strategies as well as the modernization and improvement of existing HR practices.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation system
  • Revise the salary & bonus system
  • Develop and implement a talent management strategy
  • Managing HR policies and KPIs
  • Revise organizational structure and job profiles
  • HR responsibility for all of our 150+ employees throughout Europe
  • Managing recruiting process
  • Support and provide guidance for HR team members
  • Additional HR tasks & responsibilities as required

Your profile

  • 7+ years of work experience in relevant HR roles
  • university degree or formal qualifications in the field of HR
  • good knowledge of labour law and international HR practices
  • strong intercultural skills
  • hands-on mentality
  • proactive and well-organized team player
  • fluent in German & English
  • good command of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT); knowledge of additional IT applications are an advantage
