Hyundai Glovis is a global Supply Chain Management Provider, which is member of Hyundai Motors Group. Since our foundation 20 years ago, we have succeeded to move from being the leader in automotive distribution to an integrated global transport & logistics company.We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Professional to join our HR Planning team for European Region. The ideal candidate is who would have several years of experience in HR BP or HR generalist role and who would like to grow further to a regional level role. The candidate will work with various European region HR representatives of our company. He/she will development and implementation of new HR strategies as well as the modernization and improvement of existing HR practices.
Aufgaben
- Hold primary responsibility over Europe HQs talent acquisition and General HR-queries
- Develop HR standards across EU region to ensure alignment with Global HR standards provided by Korean HQ
- Analyse HR data and business demands, provide insights and ideas for development and improvement of European HR standards
- Establish continuous collaboration with local HR teams within assigned countries within the EU to liaise and provide advisory report in HR-related fields.
- Work with local HR teams and HQ HR team on ongoing regional or global HR projects
- Develop HR practices and new policies, by gatherings market insights, Market HR trends and conducting benchmarking
- Conduct regular HR audits and risk assessments for subsidiaries within the EU region
- General HR experience ( 5 ~ 10 years of practical experience)
- University level degree with major in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
- Excellent communication and coordination skills paired with ability to work in a multicultural environments
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Fluency in English is must
- German, Polish and Russian language skills would be an advantage
