About Work Dynamics

The Work Dynamics business provides real estate and workplace strategy, services and technology to corporates and public institutions globally. We provide a holistic approach to managing activities across the entire real estate life cycle (Portfolio, Capital and Operations). In addition, we ensure the technology, data and analytics drive business insights and decisions for our clients and the industry. Our goal is to enable our clients’ businesses and drive value for their enterprises.

We service 500+ accounts globally through a highly talented and diverse workforce of nearly 40,00 colleagues.

Role Purpose

The Geo Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering the regional and local marketing communication plans and efforts for the business lines. The person in this role will partner with the business lines to support business growth and strengthen market positioning through strategic marketing and communications activities.

He/She exhibits an understanding of markets and buyers to develop top-of-the-class marketing campaigns in line with the product go-to-market and overall business and marketing objectives. He or she must work cross-functionally, coordinating efforts with different teams (e.g. Product Marketing, Global Demand Center, and Sales Enablement) and will work across the entire JLL Work Dynamics portfolio. The individual must develop an expert understanding of the buying audiences and their needs as it relates to the products he or she is tasked with supporting.

This role will report to the EMEA Geo Marketing Director, Work Dynamics in Paris and require a close cooperation with the European and German marketing team, the heads of our Work Dynamics departments as well as research and external service providers

What this job involves

Roles/ Responsibilities
Implement and amplify global and regional thought leadership in the local market adjusting strategy and content to the market needs to improve brand perception for JLL

Designing and implementing marketing campaigns as well as sales support measures for our business areas Work Dynamics to accelerate product visibility and create touch points with existing and potential clients

Ensure a cohesive testing / optimization strategy exists to increase engagement

Create strategic content (Direct and online marketing, development of print products, writing suitable posts in the relevant social media channels, organizing customer events and creating videos) with a storytelling approach and design omni-channel programs for diverse target audiences and product groups

Consult the business development teams with go-to-market strategies and design targeted marketing assets for different touchpoints throughout the customer journey

Collaborate with the digital and performance marketing team to create and build social media and direct marketing campaigns as part of an overarching campaign

Plan and manage budget and service providers

Bring a strategic mindset and proactive solution-focused workstyle always thinking beyond

Desired skills and experience for this job

Background/ Experience:
5 years of b-to-b demand creation experience and/or 3 – 5 years of b-to-b digital/inbound marketing including content marketing, content syndication ability to leverage social media to seed demand and search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM)

Excellent English and German (verbal/written)

CRM, marketing automation, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)

Customer- and market-driven orientation with proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets

Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences

Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes

Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation and lead nurturing programs

Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills, collaboration

Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast- paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
