Working Student is a great opportunity to gain practical knowledge, and P&G offers this! In a working student engagement with P&G, you are expected to work up to 20 hours/week, hence working part time along with focusing on your university subjects as well. Get an opportunity to support our R&D Printing and Coating technologies department and gain first- hand experience in a multi-national company.

During your working student experience, get hands on experience on the projects and get a chance to be a part of collaborative global teams to deliver a bigger vision, while gaining knowledge and guidance by the experts themselves.

In this role you will support and work with
  • MPD Surface Technologies group for testing and prototyping of samples with various surface pre-treatment methods and different printing and coating technologies with a focus on inkjet printing.
  • Planning and execution of various pre-treatment investigations for different type of materials
  • Prototyping of samples with different printing laboratory machines
  • Execution of quality checks for various products
  • Support the surface technology team in day-to-day business and with presentations, assignments, research, quality checks, etc.

Qualifications

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics or related fields
  • Minimum finished 3rd semester of Bachelor
  • Proficiency in English & German
  • Interest in hands-on work activities in the laboratory
  • Preferably have first knowledge in the field of inkjet printing or surface pre-treatments or coatings
  • Thorough as well as independent and structured way of working
  • Great level of organisation
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership by approaching and solving challenges
  • Team oriented, with a “can do“ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
  • Creative, innovative, strong in your initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.
  • Able to play a key role and influence across levels and functions.
