We are currently looking for a Working Student to primarily support our Customer Operations team. In this role, you will be the person who manages data to run our business and operations. You will also optimize tasks and processes to increase output and efficiency. The role offers an ability to have a major impact on all aspects of the business and a very steep learning curve working closely with other departments (Business Development, Customer Support, Account Management, etc.).
Provide operational support for our core work stream, including Customer Operations, Customer Support, Account Management and Business Development.- Provide cross-department support in a variety of ad-hoc projects to collect and integrate data to complete timely analysis.
- Conduct continuous data processing, storing and quality-maintenance.
- Support the team with continuous optimization of relevant processes and workflows.
- Support in managing and tracking our client operations as well as to perform quality checks for onboarding and account management.
- Analyze key figures, draft improvements and solutions for identified problems.
- You are currently pursuing (or have recently finished) your bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar fields.
- You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills.
- You have high attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving.
- Excellent command of English - both spoken and written. German is a plus.
- You are available immediately for 15-20h per week.
- Strong sense of initiative, ownership and flexibility, while never losing sight of the big picture.
- Fast and independent learner, who can adapt to changing situations and uphold deadlines.
- Initial experience in working with CRM tools such as Hubspot is a plus.
- Previous internship experience at startups is a plus.
