Job Description

Reporting to the Manager Product Development, you will be part of the Product Development team responsible for the development of Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) based filters and modules. As a Technician Engineering, you will be involved in all aspects of the product development process, with a focus on evaluation, documentation and production launch.

You will work with state-of-the-art radio frequency (RF) test equipment and computer-based evaluation tools to support the development of microwave acoustics components, particularly multi-chip SAW modules such as SAW-based oscillators and SAW filter bank solutions. Extensive collaboration across departments will be essential for your successful work.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed technical apprenticeship program or Technician degree.
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience.

Competencies

• Experience in manufacturing technologies for electronic components.
• Experience in RF testing and test equipment.
• Hands-on approach to support technical evaluations and experiments.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
• Capacity for teamwork and high level “soft skills”.
• Familiarity with common MS Office tools. Programming experience in Matlab and/or Visual Basic is desirable.
