Tasks & responsibilities
- In your new role, you lead, develop and coach an international team of (Senior) Process Managers and (Senior) Project Managers within GBS Process Management S2P and you are responsible for designing, building and deploying globally harmonized business processes and application systems in the process domain of Sourcing, Supplier Management and Supplier Risk.
- Moreover, you will be reliable to coordinate and lead deployments of standard processes and systems in the process domain for all BI corporate entities.
- Thanks to your expertise, you will develop deployment methods and relevant instruments for the process domain and develop a global roadmap in cooperation with stakeholders.
- With your experience, you will lead international and interdisciplinary projects regarding implementation of Sourcing, Supplier Management and Supplier Risk processes and systems as well as template management according to rollout plan within the BI corporate entities.
- In addition, contribute to create and implement new processes, adjustments and integration of applications and processes into existing landscapes and ensure adherence to global standards and compliance.
- Last but not least, you are responsible for the Governance, Design, Deploy, Measurement and Lifecycle Management of Sourcing and Supplier Management/Risk solutions as well as managing the global Process and Key User Community.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, IT or similar
- Several years of experience in Sourcing and/or Supplier Management/Risk processes ideally based on working experience in a corresponding position
- Proven experience in the process domain, SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba and other relevant standard software used in the process domain, leading large projects and ability to manage complex, large scale initiatives in the process domain of Sourcing and Supplier Management/Risk
- Strong knowledge of process analysis and process creation and management
- Experience in leading international projects as well as in project management and guidance of international project teams
- Multiple years of leadership experience in line management or as project lead in an international environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and German
