Then we will look forward to meeting you!Your taskFor our new OT SOC Team at Uniper we are looking for a Team Lead with the following responsibilities:- Lead and develop an OT Security Operations Center (SOC) at Uniper.
- Act as trusted advisor to leadership and technical operational teams using common technical and non-technical terms.
- Advise and support of local staff in matters concerning cybersecurity at our Power Stations, Gas Storages etc.
- Development of interfaces and processes to other security organisations at Uniper.
- Improvement of our security toolbox by continuous review and improvement of detection and alerting systems monitoring our operational technology (OT).
- Management of vulnerabilities, security events and incidents (including analysis, response, reporting etc.) over their whole lifecycle.
- Development and implementation of new rules, use cases and attack models for our industrial control systems (ICS) based on industry best practices (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK Matrix).
- Participation in an on-call duty.
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally with focus on cybersecurity.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of cybersecurity.
- Experience successfully leading cyber security teams.
- Solid work experience with OT systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLCs) and industrial networks ideally gained at a company which operates critical infrastructure.
- Professional certification in IT security (e.g., TISP, CISSP, GIAC, CEH, IEC62443, ISO27001 or others) desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant security best practices (e.g., CIS Controls, OWASP, NIST, NERC CIP).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
