Job Description
- Demand Operations Coordination
- Identify all operational spares and AGEs needs from the GAF, ensure the corresponding preparation of the Purchase Order proposals and ensure deliveries OTOCOQ
- Perform the pricing of Material in accordance with the relevant pricing policy
- Demand Management and Demand Forecast, maximizing aircraft availability
- Invoicing flows
- Material data analysis and implementation
- MRO material and logistics management for different scenarios and facilities worldwide
- Item management in the above tasks for material related to other GAF A400M contracts (i.e. Simulator, ML3 Engine, Global Support adapted services..))
- New services requested by customer and/or ADS Stakeholders as By Event Services
- Coordinate all topics related to material and logistics data flows, ensuring smooth running of the material and logistics data flows and coordinate the resolution of any related issues
- Process creation, definition, implementation and continuous reviewing as per services (including Quality Management Audits, Corrective Actions Reports, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions implementation and coordination) to be provided on current DEMM contract, new services introduced during the new contract extension, new services requested by customer and changes on the current services
- Current and new logistic scenario: continuous adaptation on processes Stakeholder coordination and Management
- Foreign militar sales regulation and security rules knowledge and implementation, as per different item classification, managing highly sensitive and complex scenarios on ITAR/EAR and CRYPTO items
- Export control allowances coordination and improvement, allowing to perform the services indicated on the contract and customer additional requests, coordinating as well with the customer regulations
- Prepare the Material Planning Conference
- Coordinate the smooth running of the procurement process for purchase and including a rigorous and well-defined communication flow between all parties. In this regard, operationally managing on their own the work packages of Demand Management and Demand Forecast, acting as a Focal Point in front of the customer
- Pricing, ordering, service delivery and invoicing done on case by case based on changing scenarios, adapting and improving current processes when necessary
- Delivery management, process management and coordination for new services implemented by DEISS and By Event customer services: Maintenance Resident TEAM, MUB, outside and inside MOB WP…acting as focal point and accountable between Customer and ADS for the process definition and implementation
- Process definition and management for supplying material out of DEMM Scope, covering the contractual clauses in the DPP contract and ADS different stakeholders commitments. On this role the Supply Chain Coordinator wil act as focal point for ADS in front of the customer for, including strategy analysis, support and coordination with ADS different stakeholders.
- Acting as Focal Point for customer on different maintenance activities around the world (i.e. Manching, MRO worldwide..)
- Defining process and complex logistics scenarios, constraints and rules definition for contracts on ILS environment (i.e. ML3 Engine Support Contract) including several stakeholders EPI, OCCAR and Customer, ensuring that contract clauses are aligned with customer expectation in the role of Authorized Requestor
- Process creation, definition, implementation and continuous reviewing with new CAs By Event services signed between customer and OCCAR
- Ensure smooth running of the material and logistics data flows and coordinate the resolution of any related issues
- Report back the material and logistics data related errors to the relevant Centre of Competence for continuous improvement
- Coordination between different ERP systems property of ADS (SAP), customer (SASPF) and Service Supplier (MDNPro), with the corresponding data management alignment and risk mitigation on discrepancies
- Continuous Improvement Plan management
- Willingness to work on bank holidays and/or weekends upon customer service request
- Teamwork
- Ensure smooth communication and interfacing with the Material Operations Manager and his/her team, especially w.r.t. material physical flows
- Act as substitute in case of unavailability of the Demand Operations Manager
- Contribute to cohesion between his/her team and all ISS team members Motivate them to deliver the best performance, especially under pressure
- Support other Demand Operations specialists from partnering nations and colleagues from relevant Centre of Competences in sharing information
- U niversity degree
- Professional experience on Material Support or Logistics
- Process oriented with high interest in continuous improvement and practical solutions, very high attention to details and rigor guaranteeing the service performance and avoiding non - qualities
- Customer relationship management skills i n particular at managing expectations and delivery
- C oordination and organizational skills , highly pro - active to interact with all necessary stakeholders (Customer, local organization, central organization, Material Operations Service provider , v endors, etc.)
- Knowledge of Airbus Defence & Space organization and processes is an advantage
- Experience of German Air Force / German Army Aviation processes, projects and regulations desirable
- Experiences of similar civil or military E ntry into S ervice projects desirable
- Languages: English o n negotiation level . German on negotiation level would be a plus
- Additional language communication skills (French, Spanish, etc.) would be a plus
