Description And Requirements
We want to grow the ONE Lenovo business with our client managers in Germany – Grow with us! We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sr. Client Sales Leader (m/f/d).You will be responsible for the One Lenovo Client Team. In this position you work closely with the Sales Director Relationship to plan and execute the One Lenovo strategy. As a people manager you will provide guidance and counsel the managed team of One Lenovo Client Managers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the One Lenovo Client team actively and execute the One Lenovo strategy
- Develop the Organization towards a consultativ sales approach, understanding Business needs of our clients
- Full Profit and loss responsibility
- Present all Lenovo Brands in front of the client and understands / develops cross brand solutions versus selling point product
- Build up sustainable and successful Client relationships and maintain these on a senior executive level
- Drive a healthy commit culture for weekly reporting and forecasting
- Leads by example and sets clear performance standards, ensures a positive performance climate
- Guide, motivate, develop and retain the team in times of change
- Anticipate and remove barriers and obstacles to ensure efficiency and optimal performance
- Act as internal communicator and build up a strong internal interlock

Position Requirements
Work experience:
- 5-10 years of sales experience with minimum 5 years management and leadership, preferably in solution business.
- Broad existing network (C-level)
- Professional knowledge of business acumen, including an understanding of the customers’ business, industry, economic trends, issues and competition
- Proven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment
- Leading by example is not only a buzz word for you, but your leadership capabilities and presence enable you to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Being proficient with MS Office and sales CRM solutions is standard for you
- You inspire your teams to excel and guide them to be successful in times of change
- Being results driven you create and implement successful sales strategies
- Experience in leading and motivating a diverse, high-performing sales team both virtual & remote, and you are also familiar with managing in a matrix environment
- You bring with yourself excellent verbal and written communication in German and English language.
