We are looking for the next possible date:

Service Delivery Manager( Infrastructure)

Location: Gifhorn

This is your job

· Manage and support customers and lead internal stakeholders

· Build and lead a team of project managers and service delivery managers responsible for the projects

· Optimize and enhance current services and operations to drive business growth in the Infrastructure Services area

· Responsible for scope, effort, budget and delivery of projects

· Collaborate with sales teams in the preparation of requests for proposal (RFP) and presentation of delivery capabilities

· Streamline, coordinate and manage the execution of multiple projects

What you bring to the table

· Desired Degree: Degree in business/computer science or an education in business/computer science with several years of work experience or equivalent qualifications

· Many years of leadership experience in the position of service delivery manager in the area of infrastructure and in managed service projects

· Experience in handling extensive IT outsourcing operations

· Solid knowledge in preparing budgets

· Initial experience in managing global deliveries (onsite/offshore) desirable

· High level of conflict management, solution finding and excellent communication skills

· Business fluent German and good written and spoken English required
