IT Service Management (ITSM) Specialist
Location: Gifhorn
This is your job
· Recording and analysis of customer requirements
· Independent conceptual design, planning and implementation of projects or sub-projects
· Defining and implementing the required project processes
· Work in the areas of requirements, authorization and incident management
· Coordinating and agreeing project processes, activities and outputs with the customer/communicating and representing project results to the customer
· Conducting workshops (incl. preparation and follow-up)
· Optimize and further develop processes according to ITIL
What you bring with you
· Desired degree: Completed technical or business studies or comparable education plus knowledge and skills acquired in practice
· Knowledge in IT project & process management
· Certifications in ITIL Foundation
· Very good knowledge in MS-Office and good knowledge in MS Project
· Experience in IT sourcing and PMI an advantage
· Experience in project management and agile methods advantageous
· Commitment, enthusiasm and high willingness to travel
· Customer- and result-oriented way of working
· Very good German - and good English skills
