Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs. The role acquires and utilizes the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. Additionally, the Tech Project Manager is capable to manage technology focused projects and understands software solutions or system architecture (e.g. SAP).

What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities:

Create program OKR, roadmap and milestone plans and thereafter maintaining the plans through checkpoint meetings, ensuring that the plans adhere to planning standards and are being kept up to date.

Oversee the planning, budgeting, spend forecasting and measurement at a program level.

Guard the program governance framework and ensure adherence to it. Report metrics as per the requirements.

Involve in the agile program preparations activities such as coordinating value streams, supporting program execution, activity tracking and follow up, communicate outcomes.

Maintain the program RAIDD log and manage the actions and outcomes associated with it.

Facilitate key program meetings including management of agendas & content, pre-briefing stakeholders and recording and management of actions as well as ensuring that escalations are followed through and resolved.

What We Are Looking For

+7 years of experience, ideally related to successful SAP S/4 full cycle implementations as project manager/PMO.

Ability to work independently with stakeholders across all areas of the business and located in different countries.

Experience with planning & delivering projects either in a PM or PMO role.

Previous experience in working with SAFe or in an Agile PMO environment.

Strong organizational and co-ordination skills.

Very good understanding of ERP Systems, SAP S4/HANA would be a high benefit.

PMP or comparable certification would be a plus.

Pronounced ability not only to analyse but to connect the dots and think laterally.

A growth mindset who is willing to try out new things and is not afraid to take ownership.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient spoken and written command of English

At least 7-year experience in IT

5 years of experience in relevant area

2 years of experience in team management

Strong understanding & knowledge of regional and global market landscape and the respective customer

Managed critical elements and cross functional and regional projects
