As a young, Münster-based Remote startup and spin-off of the Psychological Department of the University of Münster, we develop a digital coach that supports agile team development in companies like Miele, Toyota and Westlotto. We are financed by a fresh seed round from awesome investors – see Gründerszene.

In so-called retrospectives – frequent team workshops – our software stimulates self-reflection in the team through targeted feedback and psychological nudges. This enables an agile, continuous improvement process.

What Trello is for Kanban boards, Echometer is for Team Retrospectives ????

We are currently a team of about 10 people, and are from time to time supported by interns.

Tasks
  • Boost our Echometer brand internationally and generate a continuously growing lead pipeline to accelerate our startup’s growth.
  • Create attractive and unique marketing content to use in ads, blog articles, videos and other formats
  • Develop our Marketing Strategy & implement it in close cooperation with the founders
  • Continuous optimization of existing landing pages, SEO activities, content and social media channels
  • Validate growth hacking opportunities in line with the „Lean Startup“ philosophy
  • Use your freedom to experiment, fail and iterate with the support and trust of our team
Requirements
  • You are eager to experience and accelerate the growth of a startup in a rapidly changing environment
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing – at best you have implemented own projects already
  • You are aspiring to become a marketing genius from content creation, website design, SEO, social media and paid ads
  • You already have experiences implementing an Inbound Marketing strategy according to the philosophy of Hubspot
  • You want to proactively take responsibility, experiment and show willingness to learn and teach
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You are open to work remotely – if you are from the Münster (NRW) area, even better
