As a young, Münster-based Remote startup and spin-off of the Psychological Department of the University of Münster, we develop a digital coach that supports agile team development in companies like Miele, Toyota and Westlotto. We are financed by a fresh seed round from awesome investors – see Gründerszene.

In so-called retrospectives – frequent team workshops – our software stimulates self-reflection in the team through targeted feedback and psychological nudges. This enables an agile, continuous improvement process.

What Trello is for Kanban boards, Echometer is for Team Retrospectives ????

We are currently a team of about 10 people, and are from time to time supported by interns.

Aufgaben
  • Help our customers succeed in developing their teams!
  • Building trustful relationships with our customers
  • Closely collaborate with external roles such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding of new customers such as Miele, T-Systems Schweiz or Shopware
  • Promoting the development and expansion of customer accounts
  • Execution of consulting projects with customers
  • Translating customer feedback into product requirements
Qualifikation
  • 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS company within a customer-facing role
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • High level of interest and preferably some basic understanding of agile frameworks
  • Curious person with self-starter mentality
  • Passion for psychology, change, transformation, company culture #NewWork
  • Know-how in consultative selling, project management and project methodologies :)
