To strengthen our HR team we are looking for you as a dedicated Senior HRBP (m/f/d) at our location in Stuttgart.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Advisor and contact person for executives and all employees
  • labor law and HR-related issues along the employee lifecycle with a strong business orientation in a growth phase of the company
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the HR strategy for the region in cooperation with the HR Director Continental Europe
  • Identification of specific business requirements and development of suitable HR solutions in coordination within the HR teams of the Continental Europe region and the relevant COEs
  • Advising and supporting the implementation of the growth strategy through personal involvement in recruitment and onboarding of new employees, transformation and change processes
  • Clarifying and aligning qualitative and quantitative staffing needs, taking into account organizational data, budgets and specific requirements. Supporting and coordinating with business areas on project-related resource and deployment planning, including the resulting assignments of employees on projects in Germany and abroad
  • Implementing and ensuring talent reviews with a focus on career and succession planning, as well as managing and implementing the agreed upon measures for this purpose
  • Participation in personnel cost and budget planning in coordination with the specialist departments and in close cooperation with Finance / Controlling
  • Participation in the further development and implementation of job grading and compensation structures within the framework of Group standards
  • Further development of standardization and harmonization of HR processes, policies and guidelines in close cooperation with internal contacts within and outside the HR team
  • Participation in HR projects, e.g. in the further development and optimization of global processes and systems
  • Trustful cooperation with the works council and handling of HR fundamental topics. Further development and implementation of company agreements
Show your expertise
  • Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or similar with a focus on HR.
  • At least five years of professional experience in an operational and generalist HR role.
  • Professional and up-to-date HR skills as well as mastery of the methods and instruments of modern HR management
  • Experience in the development and implementation of HR processes in an internationally active company
  • Sound knowledge of German labor and works constitution law, as well as wage tax and social security law
  • Practical experience in the cross-border deployment of employees
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Confident handling of MS Office, experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • High level of social competence and excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a hands-on mentality
  • A reliable, organized and professional way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and a high degree of empathy mixed with a pinch of humor
