About The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to one of our co-Founders.You will be managing our co-Founders office and all business activities at N26 focusing on our Operations, Banking, Finance and Legal Functions and support with meeting scheduling and planning, coordinating travel and team off-sites, coordination projects, supporting with people updates and presentation to various stakeholders and other on-demand tasks. In This Role, You Will
- You will be managing our co-Founders office and all business activities at N26 focusing on our Operations, Banking, Finance and Legal Functions.
- You’ll be partnering closely with our co-Founder on various business projects and topics by coordinating and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders
- You will be the first point of contact for our co-Founder and you will coordinate requests with the Founder Office and other executive support staff.
- You will be responsible to maximise our co-Founders time and energy management including managing complex calendars and scheduling requirements, preparation and sending necessary meeting materials and the creation of meeting agendas, meeting notes and memos as requested.
- You understand priority/urgency and re-organize appropriately
- Partner with other Executive Assistants and key stakeholders on driving efficiency and improved structure for the Executives and Founders of N26
- Work together with administrative staff on financial administration for the co-founder as well as travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and provide the needed confirmations.
- You’ll take responsibility in organizing team events, meetings and off sites.
- When necessary you support content creation, in close cooperation with the teams and leaders.
- You will be supported by junior executive support staff and work closely with our Group Chief of Staff as well as Manager of our CEO Office.
What you need to be successful:
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience, dynamic and fast-paced environments are preferred.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and you’re fluent/native in business-level English as well as German.
- Previous experience with supporting Senior Managers or Leaders would be a plus.
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humour.
- The ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, while having a strong attention to detail and follow up.
- You react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
- You are someone who moves at a fast pace and is still able to do your best work. You’re quick to pick things up and love to learn.
- You don’t accept the status quo and are always looking for ways to improve.
- You understand that Executive work requires operational excellence and you always thrive to achieve this.
