Summary

Sales Manager - Russian speaking
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to attract and retain Russian-speaking clientele, maximizing revenue and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting the Russian speaking market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients in Russian-speaking regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Represent Alila Kothaifaru Maldives at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Russian speaking market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably within the luxury segment.
  • Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong network within the Russian-speaking travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Maldivian market is a plus.
