Your MissionAs a Sales Manager, you will work on generating business and driving new business opportunities to help the company to grow in the biggest european market – Germany.
You will be part of a dedicated team to establish lamppost charging across our home country as main market segment in Smart Cities. In your role as a Sales Manager you will work both, very closely wth our internal colleagues from Business Development and external/local stakeholders such as cities, utilities and grid operators to jointly excallerate E-Mobility and grow our business.
We are looking for someone who can manage technical aspects as well as building strong relationships with the customer and strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Successfully entering the German market and make your dedicated area ready to sclae up
- Establish lamppost charging as a common sense approach for residential on-street-charging in cities
- Develop, implement, and manage new projects on the German market
- Understanding and transforming public tenders and funding schwemes into a commercial offering
- Develop and improve the product and service offering in close cooperation with the product development teams
- Foster and develop relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- A degree in industrial engineering, MBA, or a comparable qualification. Additional skills and experience in the field of electrical engineering is an advantage
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Sales, business development, consulting, project management, advanced or technical sales
- Having a customer centric mindset
- Being a team player without loosing the focus on your business responsibilities
- Experience from working within the the e-mobility industry or a similar field is an advantage
- Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently
- Initiative and the confidence to start and drive topics and projects from scratch
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Your character traits include self-confident, strong and positive communication skills, forward-thinking and analytical as well as a strong interest in innovative technologies
