Sales will be a major driver of our organic growth towards 2025.

With our Double Impact strategy, our ambition is to double Hempel’s revenue by 2025 through both organic growth and mergers or acquisitions. This significant step-change in our growth will be delivered through leadership in our chosen segments, customer partnerships and sustainability leadership. To support the ambition, we aspire to deliver excellence through our Sales support services.

Location: Schiedam

Responsibilities
  • Sales incl. technical advice to customers - 70%
  • Credit control, claim handling, logistic forecast, market and competitor understanding - 20%
  • Global Key Account Management - 10%
Requirements
  • Commercial or technical education.
  • Previous sales experience within relevant industry
  • Understanding of Protective Coatings, Oil and Gas etc., would be preferred
  • Experience using IT tools such as CRM systems
  • Fluency in English and German languages
