Principal Job Responsibilities
  • Process Reminders / collection letters and clarify with accounts payable and suppliers
  • Coupa support – Clarify with accounts payable regarding unpaid invoices, incorrect allocation / booking, etc.
  • Request of bandwidth and dark fiber purchase requisition and controlling of their invoices (EU networks, telecom etc.) and contract management
  • Support operations team on goods receipt booking in Coupa
  • Provide and check account coding for Telekom and mobile bills
  • Support operations team on creation of purchase requests, conversion of purchase requests into purchase orders
  • Cooperate with accounts payable to clarify and solve open incoming invoice items
  • Work closely with FP&A manager and Operations Team to support budget consolidation process and eventually cost tracking.
