For our entity in Aachen, Germany, we are now looking for an Office Manager, working part-time. A future extension to a full-time role may be possible.

Tasks

  • Responsible for office related tasks of ZONTAL GmbH, including document handling, archiving, mail, etc.
  • Collecting, consolidating and verifying of time writing records
  • Support the collection and consolidation of project information
  • Communication with different stakeholders in the global ZONTAL organization, including C-level.
  • Creation of documentation
  • Organization of staff travel, trade show visits and internal company events
Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience with Office applications
  • Ability to communicate concise and clearly
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of financial processes are a benefit
