Operations I ProfessionalsWith Whom You Will CELLebrateThe mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.How You Will CELLebrate
  • Supporting in the standardization of occupational safety, management systems, ergonomics, as well as noise and vibration topics
  • Supporting and experting advice on planning, construction and operation of battery cell factories
  • Developing concepts to improve occupational health and safety at global PowerCo sites
  • Determining the causes of accidents, record the results of investigations, evaluate them and propose prevention measures
  • Prepare training documents and implement global training courses
  • Be the contact person for international questions in the field of occupational safety
What You Need For Our CELLebration
  • Completed studies in safety engineering or comparable engineering studies
  • Certified occupational safety specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) or comparable international qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of safety and health in a manufacturing company, preferably related to battery cells
  • Accurate, independent, reliable way of working
  • Willingness to travel internationally on business trips
  • Business fluent in English
What Else Can You Bring
  • Good language skills in German, Spanish or another European foreign language
  • Knowledge and trainings from the fields of ergonomics, health management or hazardous substances
  • Experience with digital (cloud-based) HSE management platforms
