We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.How You Will CELLebrate
  • Collaborating in the development, definition and implementation of the quality strategy and quality policy for PowerCo SE
  • Actively participating in the derivation and coordination of the annual site specific quality objectives for PowerCo SE
  • Compilating and consolidating of data in preparation for the evaluation of the annual target achievement in PowerCo SE
  • Assisting in the development of all frameworks and content for the annual management review
  • Assisting in the preparation and elaboration of the annual management reviews
  • Active participating in the development and elaboration of the company-wide QM manual with regard to Q strategy and Q policy and Q objectives
  • Supporting in the coordination and cooperation with all sites of PowerCo SE
  • Continuous development of the area of responsibility in terms of content and organization in accordance with corporate goals and policy
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration to establish and further develop a global understanding and awareness of quality
What You Need For Our CELLebration
  • Degree in business management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Experience in quality management and key performance indicator system- solid knowledge of the normative foundations of the automotive or chemical industry (ideally certification as an auditor)
  • Above-average ability to work in a team
  • Business fluency in English
  • Confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative
  • Willingness to travel

  • Solid knowledge in the area of key figure system and evaluation

  • Experience in the field of electromobility and battery cells
