F&P Stock Solution GmbH means working in a start-up atmosphere just outside of Berlin. We are international, young, dynamic, flexible, diverse, and communicative. Who are we? F&P team, with more than 50 employees from over 20 countries and two Managing Directors who are always involved, approachable, and full of innovative ideas. Our organisational structure includes the following departments: Sales, Merchandising, Buying, Logistics, Controlling, Accounting, HR, Business Development, IT, and Online Marketing.

We are looking for a passionate and competent Merchandiser (m/f/d) or Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team. In your position you will will work closely with our Sales, Warehouse and Buying departments, you will be an expert in all the processes which drive our core business, and your ideas will kick-off our process optimisation and automation.

Tasks

Offer management:
  • Supporting our B2B Sales team in the processing and further expansion of our wholesale business in Germany and abroad
  • Independent preparation of assortment selections according to specific requests from our wholesale customers
  • Communication and coordination with our Buying department as part of the offer preparation and assortment selection
Inventory management:
  • Cooperation with the senior management team as well as the Buying department for inventory optimisation
  • Independent preparation of analyses of our warehouse assortment
Product management as well as process optimisation - if you have an affinity for it

Requirements
  • Completed education or studies as well as several years of professional experience in relevant areas
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office products, in particular very good knowledge of Excel
  • Good to very good command of written and spoken English and German; other languages would be an advantage
  • Initiative, organisational talent, and commitment
  • Positive attitude, great teamwork and communication skills
