We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager to support our Business Unit: Workflow and IT Solutions. In this role, you will manage the quality assurance activities for the manufacturing of our automate instruments at our Munich Location. As part of the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Organization, reporting to the location Senior Quality Manager, you will lead a team of 5 members covering quality assurance and quality controls tasks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Maximize team capabilities by developing technical skills and behaviors in alignment with Danaher values;
  • Champion problem solving and drive process improvement through Danaher Business System;
  • Establish and maintain quality requirements for product manufacturing;
  • Interact and collaborate with Beckman global counterparts on connected processes;
  • Ensures and improve products quality to reach customer satisfaction by defining quality programs for the manufacturing processes.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Demonstrated team management experience, excellent organizational and managerial skills;
  • Master´s degree in Science/Engineering field with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Quality Assurance experience in an industrial environment (i.e. assembly and testing processes, process and product control, implementation and maintenance of ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 requirements);
  • Advanced knowledge of tools and methodologies for problem solving, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma;
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders;
  • Fluent or business-proficient English and German language skills are required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Experience in the medical device industry
