We are looking for a Manager Talent Relations based in our Berlin office, who sources, casts and contracts talent for all our Highsnobiety activities in Europe.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Source, cast and contract talent for all campaigns, including but not limited to activations, events, seedings, video and photo productions, primarily with an EU focus
  • Continuously expand the reach of the current database of influencers to always be on the pulse-adding new, fresh talent globally
  • Providing insights and feasibility for production, creative, sales and project management teams during the full campaign life cycle
  • Develop the talent rate card and lead pricing conversations based on usage and requirements during the pitch phase
  • Support team with all talent needs from start to finish as the main point of contact internally and externally
  • Manage and maintain designated talent budget for all projects. Negotiate with talent or talent management to secure best rates for each project
  • Own and create talent agreements and contracts, with clearly defined scope of work, usage and ask for each talent/campaign
  • Oversee all EU seeding campaigns including the packaging and delivery of products
  • Track all talent coverage gained from editorial, HS+ campaigns, and all brand initiatives to report on reach, impressions, and EMV
  • Gather all post-sale insights and reports to drive client retention
  • Create talent recap reports on the wins and key learnings of each month to present internally
  • Work at a global scale in conjunction with US Talent Relations Manager to ensure highest standards of Talent Department operations, assignments, and network
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication and contact with global talent team members; easily accessible and responsive

YOUR SKILLS:

  • 3-4 years experience working in talent and influencer management
  • A deep understanding of client needs and internal processes
  • Strong understanding of usage and pricing specific to types projects and talent
  • Strong knowledge of what Highsnobiety represents. The right person should be plugged in to current and upcoming trends in all major fields relevant to our world
  • Built-in contact list for talent in our audience
  • Strong understanding of talent seeding and micro-influencer campaigns
  • Understanding of digital media landscape and how content is published and distributed
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, team player, highly motivated and passionate
  • Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
  • Capable to act as a HS brand ambassador
  • A proven track record in fast paced environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours
