The Sport Alliance group consists of Magicline, Finion, MySports, bedarf and Pay Due and we’re not done yet. Our offices in Hamburg and Cracow are located in the heart of the city centre. Around 200 colleagues are working on new ideas and solutions to lead the industry into the future.

Tasks
  • Ownership of the Customer Success accounting area to make sure our clients are successful
  • Lead and develop your team, including ongoing training and knowledge retention
  • Build and maintain accounting structures and processes in Customer Success, such as lean and scalable workflows and communication flows, both internally and externally
  • Act as a role model for excellent Customer Success
  • Hands-on: monitor receivables, collect receivables, either in direct contact with clients or via cooperation partners
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in Customer Success and Accounting in the software development industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in people leadership, project management and strategy development
  • Experience in a SaaS company and in the use and administration of accounting programs is a big plus
  • The will to ensure the success of our clients through pragmatism, agile mindset, an efficient way of working and very high quality standards
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, client focus, communication skills (in German as well as in English) and enjoyment of working in the accounting field
