YOUR ROLE

  • Enable sales performance in all regions by standardizing sales process (tools, trainings, KPIs, best-practice sharing)
  • Execute global /regional sales and channel excellence roadmap
  • Execute and drive eCommerce strategy
  • Steer customer and territory roadmapping
  • Steer and implement transformational initiatives on sales and channel excellence
  • Execute strategic projects on sales and channel excellence
  • Develop KPIs with channel growth and development targets
  • Test and roll out new applications / functionalities for sales and channel excellence

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Sales and/or Channel management
  • Experience in B2B sales and/or marketing functions
  • Ability to collaborate strongly with external and internal partners
  • Strong sense of ownership from start to finish
  • Ability to persuade and communicate effectively
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
