We are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to support our teams to help us find & engage the best talent for our amazing team at Kubermatic. In this role, you will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, HR team, and business leaders to build high-quality candidate pipelines for critical talent areas and roles.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Partner with our Talent and HR teams to understand business objectives and talent needs for a variety of roles
• Proactively identify passive candidates by utilizing a variety of sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, social media, and employee referrals
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Manage the candidate experience from scheduling phone and video conference calls to handling virtual onsite visits
• Maintain data integrity within our ATS (we will use Greenhouse)
• Build trusted and long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers to guarantee a steady stream of qualified candidates
• Implement compelling email campaigns that highlight the exciting technical challenges and incredible culture at Kubermatic
• Track and maintain an up-to-date record of candidate pipelines for each role
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on top-of-the-funnel metrics

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience of directly sourcing / recruiting within niche talent markets
• Experience in using creative sourcing techniques, as well as effectively using recruitment tools and platforms
• Experience in working with and managing recruitment ATS systems
• Self-driven with high levels of personal initiative and motivation
• Able and willing to work within defined processes, with the mentality to continuously challenge where applicable
• Willingness and ability to work as part of a connected team, working effectively alongside and with respect of all colleagues
• You have excellent communication skills and yes you have a fluent English
• You’ve got a keen interest in the Tech industry
• You enjoy being an individual contributor and want to remain in that style of role to make an impact
