Java Software Developer

You will be one of the key players in our team of skilled developers and architects dedicated to delivering products with highest quality in the field of interfaces and processes between telecommunications companies for provider change, number management, portability and wholesale, focused on Germany, a perfect environment to grow and thrive in. The position can be home office placed in Germany, Austria or Hungary.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Java Developer, you will

• Be responsible for Java development in our market-leading telecom applications

• Be working on design and documentation, new features and functions
• Have great possibilities to add value to Enghouse solutions
• Be responsible for backend, middleware or web based frontend development according to candidate’s profile and experience
• Work on a development and deployment platform based on Linux
• Play a key role in the local team by continuously adding practical know-how and best practices

Key Requirements:

• Are passionate about developing advanced software solutions
• Have a spirit for taking on challenges and solving them in a sustainable way
• Find it natural to share your knowledge with colleagues
• Have Java skills or are willing to build them up
• Are looking forward to work with Linux
• Are fluent in German, good English language skills, both written and spoken

Ideally, you would fit even better to our open position if you:

• Have experience with Hibernate ORM, ActiveMQ, Camel, CXF, Karaf or Vaadin
• Have knowledge about containerisation (Docker, Podman), orchestration (e.g. K8s) and cloud-native services (AWS)
