Global Quality Leader Customer Quality (f/m/d)

For our Global Quality Management team, we are looking for a Global Quality Leader Customer Quality (f/m/d).

The Role Aims To

Continuous development/ implementation of SIG’s global Customer Quality strategy from a reactive towards a preventive process landscape creating a value-adding partnership with our customers.

Set up, implementation and further enhancement of the respective governance model driving improvements in relevant KPI’s (e.g. NPS, MCR, SCOR, COPQ).

Support the Regional/ Cluster Quality Organizations and manages the SIG Complaint Management Framework with process ownership of the Complaint Escalation and Solution (CES) process.

Act as the global voice of the customer towards SIG functions/ departments regarding quality related subjects.

Key responsibilities

  • Functional Leadership of Regional/ Cluster Quality Heads
  • Setting-up, implementation and further development of the SIG Complaint Management Framework.
  • Management of the CES (Complaint Escalation and Solution) process under SIG Complaint Management Framework with all sub processes (communication, escalation and resolution of critical complaints) in cooperation and supported by SIG stakeholders.
  • Translation of implementation of new and/or changing requirements/ specifications arising from CES process and customer requirements into SIG System Quality Framework
  • Global project leader / project team member for further development and continuous improvement of SIG Customer Quality, including relevant management systems (e.g. NPS, Customer Improvement Projects).
  • Consultant and trainer for SIG functions and organizations regarding the SIG System Quality and Complaint Management Framework.
  • Conduction of cross-company process audits and further development and conduction of a global quality assessment program for all sites.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

  • University degree in Engineering or Economics
  • Multiple years experiences in manufacturing/ engineering and customer interfacing positions
  • Very good knowledge in TQM tools and methods
  • Proven track record in structured problem solving and root cause analysis with excellent expertise in sophisticated problem-solving methods (ie Six Sigma Black Belt)
  • Excellent knowledge in Process Management, Hazard and Risk Management, Lean Management
  • Working experience with the Management Systems ISO 9001, BRC Packaging and as a Quality auditor
  • Very good communication skills within an intercultural framework and matrix organization
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of the MS-Office-Package and statistical software (e.g. Minitab, QS STAT) with preferred certification as Six Sigma Black Belt
