Your Tasks

• You evaluate, develop, and coordinate our global supplier portfolio regarding quality, service, and sustainability
• You develop an approach and prepare the internal organization and the suppliers to fulfill the requirements of the new Supply Chain Law
• You plan and execute a global audit program in collaboration with the supplier quality department
• You plan, organize, steer, and report all activities and matters relating to supplier performance
• You develop and close quality target agreements with measurable targets and KPIs in cooperation with Corporate Quality and Commodity Managers
• You assess supplier qualifications including training and improvements
• You perform root cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal functions, e.g. R&D, production, etc. and resolve problems
• You analyze and process complaints in cooperation with our purchasing team and handle escalation management
• You develop and steer a supplier policy in cooperation with the global commodity and other internal stakeholders like R&D, Supply Chain and Technology

Your Profile

• You’ve completed your studies in business engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in a similar position in procurement/ supplier quality assurance environment, preferably in a global manufacturing company
• You have a proven ability to develop and implement sustainable improvement measurements with suppliers
• You are experienced in managing suppliers on quality performance by monitoring supplier performance on quality, services, and supply chain topics
• You are experienced to solve critical topics with suppliers
• You are a strategic thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
• Your English skills are business fluent
• Business travelling is no problem for you as a team player
• Think out of the box-mentality with going beyond the last mile
