- In this role you lead the global brand communication strategy for employer branding as well as some key global brand activation events to position Siemens as a focused technology company along an audience experience journey. This includes defining your audience and translating their needs along the experience journey into insightful and informative communication assets that will help the team achieve their important metrics and ensure continuous improvements.
- You will own the development and delivery of audience centric and complete global communication toolboxes that are fit for use for the key regions and fully support the brand positioning and ensure coherence. You are the lynchpin delivering this with a cross-functional CM team as well as key agency partners.
- Working very close collaboration with the employer branding team in People & Organisation (P&O) as the ‘product owners’ is essential. You will also, steer the co-creation across the communications functions, align with businesses and regional teams to ensure global campaign and brand activation consistency whilst allowing for specific market requirements.
- You bring many years experiences in brand management, brand strategy, employer branding, marketing and communications, as well as in developing and implementing global strategies for a corporate, international audience with a relevant scale and complexity.
- You have strong experience in leading agency teams and implementing large-scale projects to completion and can demonstrate a solid track record of implementing brand initiatives from strategy to excellent execution.
- You have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, as well as first-hand experience working across a matrix organization. You thrive working in international teams and across geographical boundaries.
- You are a digital native and have passion for excellent brand building and brand activations along audience journeys.
- You display an inclusive and natural sense of leadership and know-how to rally project-based teams, as well as inspire the wider, varied community behind your initiatives, align the interests of various collaborators, and build consensus.
- You think strategically, have a collaborative approach, and possess outstanding communication skills.
- You have an excellent university degree in the field of, brand building or marketing.
- Fully proficient in English, additional languages welcome.
