THE POSITION
You will share your proven expertise to up-skill our marketing, sales, tech support, IT and GBS professionals so as to implement highly effective B2B website/portal engagements that enhance the customer experience that result in increased sales as a result of delivering on the AH CX vision.
Tasks & responsibilities
- With your expertise, you define the Global B2B website strategy and implementation roadmaps.
- One of your responsibilities will be to coordinate the enablement of B2B website strategy initiatives with Global, Regional and Local cross functional teams.
- Moreover, you drive the delivery of the overarching B2B website/portal strategy CX ambitions for AHBU globally and you are the core for implementing and embedding the therefore necessary website engagement capabilities required across all organizational levels, particularly in countries.
- As an expert in the field of communication, you will develop and execute effective Global and Regional communication plans.
- You will be the main contact person for B2B website initiatives and engagements.
- In addition, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of the capabilities and the delivery of CX services.
- Furthermore, you support and drive compliance of processes and Services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics or Life Sciences
- Multiple years of professional experience website strategy development, implementation and measurement at a Global level
- Project and process management skills and experience in leading project Teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate with global Teams
- Fluent in English – verbal and written
