In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our risk management strategies within the finance industry, enhancing our financial decision-making and fostering strong, productive relationships with our customers.As a Financial Data Analyst & Consultant (m/f/d), your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the resolution of analytical and methodological issues in risk management within the finance industry, such as banks, debt collection agencies, and financial service providers.
  • Addressing challenges such as creditworthiness checks, identity determination, and fraud pattern recognition, and providing data-driven solutions.
  • Leveraging our data services and consulting services to devise the best solutions for our customers.
  • Supporting customer engagement and scheduling meetings with new and existing customers in close collaboration with our sales team.
  • Conducting internal analyses and exploring other industries like telecommunications, e-commerce, and insurance to innovate our financial strategies.

Your ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and develop data-driven financial strategies will directly influence our financial stability and customer relationships.QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with:
  • A strong affinity for analytical and methodical issues, with the ability to dive into data, apply modern methods of data analysis, and recognize and interpret patterns.
  • Prior experience in financial risk management, with knowledge of financial processes at banks or contact points with debt collection or factoring environments.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think creatively, solve problems, learn quickly, work independently, and adapt to change.
  • A university degree in (business) mathematics, statistics, a natural science, computer science or a related subject.
  • Proficiency in the Python programming language, with additional experience with SQL and PowerBI being advantageous.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken German as well as English.
