Tasks:

Developing and performing quality reviews of financial statements and reporting packages (including reconciliations)
Implementing tools to improve financial statement analysis
Standardisation within the Global Chart of Accounts
Documenting and improving accounting-related processes.
Conduct internal trainings and presentations
Participate to key cross-functional financial projects (for example, reporting automation, tool implementation, system and process enhancements)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting and/or auditing
Several years of accounting experience in a capital market-oriented organisation or audit firm
Good practical knowledge of IFRS reporting and recent standard advancements
Strong interest in accounting IT topics, including familiarity with related IT systems (MS Office, SAP and other)
Analytical and self-directed thinker with great written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in communicating complicated technical subjects in a simple and pragmatic manner
Fluent English (written and spoken)
