Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.
The Europe HR team is seeking a results-oriented recruiting Specialist performing full-cycle recruitment activities in Europe in accordance with the company’s internal hiring process & working with business team s to provide talent acquisition solutions and proposals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes: supporting hiring managers defining job descriptions according to hiring needs, manage requisitions in the HR system and ensure job postings are accurate, sourcing, building and maintaining quality candidate pipeline, CV and phone interview screening, set up and coordinate interviews logistics, follow-ups with candidates, conduct HR interviews and reference checks, partner with HRBPs in negotiating offers and preparing contractual arrangements, conduct onboarding sessions.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs in Europe to understand the requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization Work with the business team to provide talent acquisition solutions and proposals.
- Work with external hiring agencies if required.
- Deliver weekly recruitment status reports and other reports on time and accurately.
- Manage talent relocation and internal transfer activities.
- Develop various recruitment channels to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Recommend changes by evaluating external market conditions and internal employee turnover trends.
- Support related projects to meet the requirements for process excellence and innovation.
- Provide professional and effective HR support to the above HR activities and programs but not limited to those listed.
- Kind, courteous, and a highly effective communicator.
- Very high level of English – Fluency in speaking and writing.
- Previous experience sourcing for engineers and technical professionals is a key requirement
- Ability to conduct behavioral interviews and identifying cultural fit.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to conduct remote/ virtual interviews and meetings.
- Highly attentive to the details of scheduling and managing processes
- The candidate must demonstrate solid team orientation, customer focus, passion for recruiting, and the ability to thrive in a high-demand, results-oriented culture
- Ability to prioritize and organize work volume to meet hiring team demands
- Experience working with hiring managers is a plus
- MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- The position is time-limited (2 years)
