Your role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ERP Product Managerwith focus on Accounting to join our energetic team. As a Product Manager, you are responsible for key-aspects of our ERP (Odoo) with a focus on Accounting. Working alongside a strong team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to shape product requirements, prioritise key features, and guarantee successful product launches. To thrive in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of ERP Systems (ideally Odoo) as well as accounting / finance processes and best practices.
  • You are responsible for the product life cycle and roadmap of your product area, from the idea discovery, and analyses to the releasing it on production
  • You will be highly involved in the the IT processes that support our daily business, monthly and yearly closing activities and other aspects connected with Sundays accounting department
  • You’ll build a trustful relationship with your internal stakeholders and drive a joint build-up as well as prioritisation process of the accounting tech roadmap
  • You are continuously overseeing and optimising our systems and all the surrounding processes influencing your digital product but also Sunday’s IT landscape as a whole
Your profile
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience of working as a Product Owner / Product Manager for ERP Software in cooperation with accounting and finance teams - ideally you have experience with Odoo
  • You are experienced in digital product development, an understanding of Scrum, Agile and Kanban methodologies
  • Ability to put yourself into the shoes of the users, deeply understand their needs and what it takes to fulfil the users goals
  • You are interested in a challenging and agile environment, you bring a team-oriented working style and are a great communicator to rally teams behind your product
  • You are familiar with tools like Jira and Confluence and knowledge in working with large amount of data, ideally with help of SQL
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), and German is a bonus!

Sunday Natural was born out of a long-standing passion and research in the areas of health, healing and self-development. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market provided the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We want to produce exactly the products we would like to buy ourselves.
