About The Talent Acquisition Area

In this role, you will be working alongside our Head of Talent Acquisition (former TA Lead at SumUp) to generate desire and attract the best talent worldwide. As one our first dedicated EB and Community expert, you will play a key role in how the world see us as employers. You significantly shape our brand for the candidates.

Our TA team acts as true partners to the business. We believe that everyone is responsible for hiring and a quality over quantity mindset is key. A/B testing and process improvements are our day-to-day, which means each one of us owns our processes and the success of it.

We are preparing ourselves to enter a stage of hyper-growth and start to hire a stellar team for our offices in Berlin, Tirana and the U.S. (opens at the end of 2022).

You will work with a highly ambitious team that strives to build the world’s leading no-code business intelligence software.

As our EB & Community Lead, you will:
  • Establish brand identity for y42 employer brand and talent subdivisions
  • Strategically position the brand through targeted content distribution on our organic & paid channels
  • Own and be the project manager of the career website
  • Be a community manager for tech and sales
  • Oversee EB creative production – video, photography, paid media
  • Marketing research & campaign analysis
  • Organise and coordinate company wide events and forums
  • Ensure relevant and accessible information on different channels
  • Support and encourage celebrations
  • Own tooling and create guidelines for tools to be used properly
The role is perfect for you if you
  • Worked 4+ years in Employer Branding in at least one fast-growing international company
  • Can work both in Employer Branding and Community building
  • Have a very analytical and data-driven approach to talent acquisition and never settle with existing results
  • Have a high degree of proactiveness, diligence and a get-stuff-done mentality
  • Have outstanding communication and decision-making skills
  • Love social media and know very well how to become an influencer
  • Are ambitious and want to grow in an extremely fast-moving environment
