Job description:

Strategic development of the marketing and sales growth areas for luminaire.fr
Daily check of the webshop regarding possible bugs and optimisation potentials
Development of our visibility through the use of various traffic tools (SEA, SEO)
Analysis of the website’s performance (Google Analytics, Search Console) to improve the conversion rate and other key KPIs
Regular reporting of key KPIs including definition and follow-up of possible optimisation actions
Management of all country-specific marketing costs
Preparation of market and competition analyses
Strategic and operative search engine optimisation (on-page and off-page) in cooperation with SEO teams
Observing the latest SEO/SEA trends & best practices and implementing them in your work
Content creation, development and optimisation based on keyword research and in collaboration with SEO and content teams
Support other teams (Social Media, SEA, Marketplace) to optimise campaigns
Ongoing cooperation management incl. communication with partners, budget control, voucher code creation and planning of new webshop banners

Requirements:

3-5 years of professional experience in operational and strategic B2C e-commerce marketing
Professional experience in the use of common SEO tools. You can use these in a goal-oriented way (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ...)
HTML and Webshop Backend knowledge. Ideally CSS and JavaScript knowledge.
Work experience in an e-commerce company in France.
Experience in Home Interior products is a big advantage.
Native French language skills, good English and ideally Spanish/Italian skills
