What We Offer

Our CFO (Chief Financial Officer) division manages the economic processes of our company. He is also responsible for legal questions and offers IT solutions for the entire Group. The Business Model Innovation division is responsible for developing and testing new digital solutions and business models. The professional implementation is carried out in the Digital Solutions Lab, which is currently being set up.
  • In your new position as Digital Product Manager (m/f/d), you will work with internal and external stakeholders to design innovative digital solutions and business models
  • You will accompany the development of promising approaches in the role of Product Owner (m/f/d) in an agile team
  • You will focus on the challenges and wishes of potential users through fast, iterative prototyping and user research
  • In doing so, you will integrate all stakeholders deeply into the development process using co-creation and other methods of Service Design Thinking
  • You will work with different stakeholder groups to develop technical and business requirements, prioritize features and maintain the product backlog
  • You will clarify backlog items with the team and define their acceptance criteria
  • You will validate results and continuously improve developed solutions and potential business models to ensure the best possible value for customers and companies
  • You will prepare the marketing or the internal launch of developed solutions through appropriate marketing measures
  • The identification of new trends and the observation of the market for digital products and platforms also falls within your area of responsibility
What You Offer
  • You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Design or Technology (Computer Science, Engineering), a combination of these or have developed your skills through extensive practical experience
  • You have several years of experience in agile project management and the development of digital solutions, also desirable in the Start-Up environment
  • Methods of Service Design Thinking and Lean Start-Ups accompany you continuously during the conception phase in your professional career
  • You have a strong affinity for new technologies and digital business models
  • You have strong communication and change management skills
  • Confident knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, round off your profile
