The Team:

This is an opportunity to join our incredible Digital Customer Service function.

You will join a data driven team that is continuously looking at how we can improve our customer experience, learn from the feedback and contacts we receive and what we can do as an organisation to always improve upon the service and experience our consumers trust us to deliver.

The Role:

  • Analysing key data and ’customer contacts’ to identify trends and areas for process improvement
  • Maintenance and continuous development of Service texts, FAQs, and consumer facing communication
  • Communicate effectively with key external and internal stakeholders, ensuring that you effectively guide them to deliver the best possible customer service and adhere to both current & new processes
  • Cross-functional support of Customer Service-related projects and services (e.g. Click & Collect) to ensure smooth and customer-friendly processes
  • Always strive to both meet and exceed key KPI’s and ratios

Useful Experience:

  • Experience of working within a Digital Customer Service team in an ecommerce environment
  • Someone who has defined and improved processes
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management capabilities
  • English and German language skills
