We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, as a Customer Care Engineer helping to support both internal and external customer in their requests.

The position is the In-house contact for customers. A professional communicator with a clearly exhibited “Think Customer” attitude, they will support customers in technical and commercial matters as well as general requests: validation of enquiries, creation of offers and the handling of orders. A detailed work and accurate expression is a must.

In this role you will:
  • Actively report workload to improve utilization of team resources.
  • Report regularly on customer requirements, competition and within the agreed Delegation of Authority, including discount, price and volume structures.
  • Implementing, applying of existing and new processes.
  • Chip in actively to the execution of customer requirements, e.g. quoting, order handling, after sales.
  • Engage with colleagues in the Emerson network to maximize fruitful relationships and reduce waste in request processing.



For this role you will need:
  • Engineering degree or comparable technical or commercial education.
  • 3 years proven experience, ideally as process engineer and in sales.
  • Experience product sourcing and commercial discussions are necessary, while basic Project Management and operational perfection experience are advantageous.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Think Customer approach, strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Willingness to travel 30%;
