Most of your favorite soft drinks are tasty but unhealthy. At HOLY, we want to change that. By combining delicious taste, real functionality, and true sustainability, we aim to shake up the outdated beverage industry.

Tasks

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns via email and WhatsApp including segmentation, personalization, message creation, and quality assurance
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from acquisition to retention including seasonal and product-related comms via email flows and campaigns to maximize CLV
  • Lead our weekly campaign send-outs. You’ll coordinate our creative team and international market leads to achieve the best possible results
  • Track and analyze CRM performance including cohorts and derive actionable steps to improve retention KPIs on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively spot new trends, tactics & tools in CRM/email marketing and take ownership of our WhatsApp newsletter via Charles
  • Suggest and implement strategies to grow our CRM database in collaboration with the growth and brand teams
Requirements

  • You are 100% customer-focused and understand the power of retention
  • At least 1 year of experience within the CRM/email, CX, or digital marketing space for a leading consumer brand. E-commerce/DTC experience is a big plus.
  • Solid copywriting skills in German and ideally in English.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Good understanding of UI/UX and user-centric design
  • You are into pop/internet culture. Interest in gaming is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Eager to learn fast and able to coordinate cross-functional workstreams
