MISSION

To optimize Ficosa’s financial management, guaranteeing implementation of the strategies and corporate processes in the Administration area for his/her country or region.

General Functions
  • Implement the administration policies and procedures.
  • Implement the quality standards and the Administration service cover in his/her country or region.
  • Define the administrative circuits to guarantee correct administrative operation in his/her country or region.
  • Ensure that corporate policies are follow in the region.
  • Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
  • Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa’s values.
  • Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

Academic Background

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in economics / business administration

Languages

Advanced English (spoken & written)

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a multinational environment

Travel: Willing to travel

Additional Training

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Postgraduate / courses in taxation or accountancy would be of additional value

Additional experience: Preferably with experience in auditing
