Your Role: As a Compliance Project Manager, you will be in the center of exciting and major projects happening in our Compliance function. You will support the global orchestration, coordination and tracking of these projects and initiatives and have the chance to work with many international stakeholders across the globe. This task also includes diverse communication and change management plans for our Compliance Awareness and Culture. You will also assist in preparing senior leaders’ presentations that require attention to detail, compelling visualization and consistent content with the Global Compliance Program strategy and initiatives. As a subject matter expert, you will work effectively in a matrix environment of a global diverse Compliance team and will use best practices and business expertise. Applying analytical skills, you will prepare basis for relevant strategic decision-making.

Who you are:
 • Graduate degree in economics, communication or equivalent, Master is a plus
• Profound knowledge and minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management, design of communication initiatives and preparation of senior management presentations
• Experience with data analytics, excel assessments is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English and ideally German
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to learn quickly
• Great teamwork in an international setting
