Job DescriptionNielsenIQ is seeking a talented Communication Consultant (m/w/d)
This role is often the first touchpoint for prospects interested in NielsenIQ solutions and will set the tone for the sales cycle following. If the words professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communicationdescribe you, then you are the right candidate for this position!
Accountabilities
- Effectively pitch products and solutions to key decision makers at all levels of a prospect’s organization by understanding their needs and demonstrating how NielsenIQ solutions can meet their requirements
- Generate client personalized ‘gift of content’ based on current NielsenIQ data
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities (phone calls, email, social media, attend tradeshows) into target markets / accounts
- Identify, connect and engage (schedule meetings) with decision makers in order to generate qualified, sales-ready leads
- Qualify inbound inquiries to determine sales readiness
- Customize existing assets for target audience
- Create and / or update proposal templates
- Support the success of marketing sponsored in-person and virtual events
- Learn continuously and develop into an industry and NielsenIQ Analytic solutions expert
- Bachelor or Master’s degree plus 1- 2 years of sales or complimentary experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to actively listen to, and effectively communicate with, prospects and customers
- Professional experience on a customer-focused performance-driven, high-growth sales, service or marketing team
- Excellent researching and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and derive actionable insights and next steps
- Focused, methodical and process driven mentality
- Time management, organizational skills and proactivity
- Fluent German and English
- Experience preferred with tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ability to quickly learn new technologies
