JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Title: Associate Project Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Großbeeren, Germany
Department: Project Management
Reporting To: Clinical Project Manager
Responsible For (Staff): N/A
MAIN DUTIES:
  • Plan, manage, and monitor project activities for clinical care projects.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of projects within PCI by coordinating the flow of information as a liaison between the Production, Logistics and Quality departments and planning, monitoring, and ensuring all activities relating to packaging operations and reviewing batch records of completed orders to ensure that products are delivered according to defined requirements
  • Procurement of required materials and supplies
  • Support in the preparation of change controls
  • Recording of deviations, initiation of suitable measures for the future as well as their documentation and implementation of employee training to avoid errors
  • Supporting management in achieving growth/lean management/ and continuous improvement goals through active contribution
  • Support Clinical Services Project Managers in Europe/US as required
REQUIREMENTS:
  • experience in a similar role, preferably a third-party packaging or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Ideally knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations
  • Experience in operating ERP systems, ideally JDE (Oracle)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a professional and courteous manner when dealing with external and internal customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German is an added plus
  • High flexibility or the ability to adapt, react quickly and deal with change in a fast-paced environment
