Our DXC Technology Consulting department is growing in many areas. High customer demand for innovations and digitalization is fueling our growth and DXC will continue to drive the market. ZUORA has been one of the Solutions that DXC partnered with for a long time already and we see a growing demand in already existing customer projects but also new customers for DXC. The person we are looking for has already worked in the area of Zuora, will be integrated into our customer engagement team, and will drive the opportunities in Germany and Europe.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Solution Architect who will be working with the pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements, define the appropriate technical and functional architecture including Zuora, propose the best solution around Zuora and its ecosystem.

We are looking for an expert to provide in-depth technical expertise for successfully designing and managing the delivery of Zuora solutions and technologies. These technologies include but are not necessarily limited to Zuora products; they could include Salesforce and other ecosystem solutions. In this role, you will be developing, supporting, and advising the technical team in the delivery of the solution.

Here, You Will Make An Impact By

  • Developing and driving large, multiple, and/or highly solution architecture capabilities based on specific customer’s business needs. In the role you will be overseeing holistic solutions from both business and technical perspectives, considering all realities and constraints such as the technical environment of the client, costs, contract terms, and business conditions.
  • Designing transformational technology solutions and working directly with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and customers to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices and standards of the market.
  • Being in charge of the technical quality of the solution implemented particularly ensuring compliance with best and up-to-date practices of development, integration (DevOps), and release management.
  • Providing leadership to help technical consultant team understand architecture proposed and best practices around Zuora solutions and integration activities, improve their skills and certifications. Working with Zuora technical team to define and implement the best solution for the customer.
  • Working collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking, and Serving as a trusted advisor to the client.

    • What You Bring With You

    Qualifications & Behaviors:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology or related field preferred
    • Five or more years of technical consulting solutions experience
    • 3+ experience years in developing technology solutions and As a Service platform development experience.
    • 2+ experience years in managing external client relationships working with the technology industry.
    • Relevant Zuora experience including workflows (Zuora certifications will be appreciated)
    • Experience working with Zuora solutions and other significant solutions as Salesforce, SAP or other front-office solutions integrated with Zuora platform.
    • Experience in Zuora projects with integration with complex/multiple customer IT environments.
    • Strong communication with the customer and internal teams.
